I picked my seats online, but by the time I got to checkout, they had switched to different ones. Like, come on now, what’s the point of choosing seats if they’re not the ones you actually get? Super annoying and not worth the hassle.

I had to cancel my tickets and wasn’t sure what kind of hassle I was in for, but the refund came through quickly. No endless back and forth, no weird problems, just handled smoothly. WAY better than I expected.

The movie itself was fine, no real complaints there, but the snack prices were ridiculous. I swear every theater is doing this now — you go in for popcorn and drinks and somehow it costs almost as much as the tickets. I get that prices have gone up everywhere, but this just felt like too much. Next time I’m probably skipping the concession stand altogether...

"Concessions Line Was Way Too Long"
The concessions line was ridiculous. I get that it can get busy, but it kind of felt like they weren’t really prepared for the crowd. We ended up waiting way longer than expected just to grab snacks, which took away from the experience a bit.

I really wanted to like this, but the login barely works for me. It feels frustrating because something as basic as getting into my account should be quick and easy, and instead I end up annoyed before I can even use the app.

At first I felt good about the prices because they seemed reasonable, but by the time all the fees were added, it felt a little frustrating. It’s not terrible, but it did make the final total feel higher than I expected

I used regmovies.com to check showtimes before heading to the theater, and the times matched perfectly when I got there. That was nice because I didn’t have to deal with any guessing or last-minute surprises. The site itself is basic and not the most exciting to use, but it did what I needed it to do without any issues.

"Probably just going to order at the counter next time"
I tried ordering popcorn and drinks on my phone before the movie, thinking it would save time. Not to be dramatic, but the app took forever, the payment screen spun on me twice, and then when I got to the counter they still couldn’t find my order. The staff was nice, so I’m not blaming them, but I ended up missing the previews while standing there waiting. i’ll just get in the regular line next time.

This site has always loaded fine for me, even when I’m doing the very responsible thing and booking at the last minute. I’ve never had checkout freeze or tickets vanish into the digital void, which is apparently a luxury these days. So yeah, I trust it

"Awkward visit and not worth the hassle"
I used regmovies to plan a movie night, and the whole thing felt like it only works when it wants to. Once I got to the theater, the staff didn’t make it any better. The person at the counter barely looked up, seemed annoyed when I asked a simple question, and acted like they really didn’t want to be there. I get that everyone has off days, but it made the visit feel uncomfortable and awkward. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

"Canceling felt way harder than it should have"
I tried to cancel my Regal Cinemas tickets and felt like I was the one being punished just because my plans changed. The rules weren’t really clear to me until after I had already paid, and by then there was barely any wiggle room. I understand movie times are set, but life happens, and it felt like the whole process was stacked against the customer. They could have made it a lot easier, but instead it just became a frustrating hassle. I don’t think I’ll book through the site again unless I’m absolutely sure nothing could possibly change.

Overall, it was an okay experience, nothing too bad, but the floors definitely could’ve been cleaner. It’s the kind of thing that doesn’t totally ruin the visit, but it’s still annoying enough to notice.
