"unlimited NO NO NO"
Have charged my credit card for 2 years un-authorized. They were told to stop 1 year ago when i noticed it....they didn't. Just keep charging my card.

"I love the Unlimited plan and the…"
I love the Unlimited plan and the features. I do not love the fact that you can't remove payment methods and need to reach out to Customer Service in order to have the subscription cancelled. They are stealing $ from customers by making it IMPOSSIBLE to remove a CC or cancelling the subscription on our own. It is set up to keep you locked in the subscription unless you email customer service.

Regal Customer Service wrote me this response:

"Thank you for taking the time to contact our office.

Please be informed that it is only the customer service that have access to cancel a membership and again according to the Terms and Conditions of Unlimited plan".

Give customers the ability to cancel their subscription on their own!

"Unprofessional Service/Swearing in front of kids"
My daughter and I were placing our order, which were a medium frozen cherry drink, medium mountain dew, small popcorn, and one hot dog. The young lady that was helping me failed to look at all the machines for these items prior to placing the order. I made different compromises to make things go quicker for other customers. Sergio was sent to get the manager for my refund, momentarily Sergio came back in a rage. He returned to make the hot dog because the young lady that was helping me said she didn’t know how to make a hot dog, I asked her “You do know how to put a hot dog on a bun, she replied with no, I don’t know how make it, Sergio picked up the bun and just went into s tantrum, Sergio Tantum: Repeating over above out loud for kids and every to hear he didn’t care Sergio said: Quote I need to get the f--k out of this place, : end quote. At that time, he turned his rage toward me when I was getting my order together with the young lady that was helping me. Then he starts to yell at me to get out, leave, over and over then threaten to call the police on me, when the manager arrived Sergio approached yelling he needs to get his ass out of he out loud to the manager when he was asking what the issue, he lost control to the point the manager had to send him to the back because he was unstable and unprofessional.

"Bought 3 tickets for 15 a piece through…"
Bought 3 tickets for 15 a piece through an app for 12:15 showing. Fifteen min before the movie saw almost all commercials, not what I signed up for. At 12:15 thought I was going to see the movie...almost all advertisements for 25 more minutes...what is wrong with you people??? Did you know I wanted to see a movie that I paid for??? Will be passing on future movies till they come out of theaters. What a joke!!

"Regal cinema west town mall"
I reserved a party when I got there.2 days prior to pay I paid was never shown the VIP room for the parties I found out they only had 10” personal pan pizzas the day of the party(which I asked for menu. Several times before the party I was told to scan a Qrcode which I asked for a paper menu, I was told to go to the bar for that and was never given one and you can’t bring food in . I ordered my pizza waited two hours for it not to come! My party started at 2 i put my order in at 1:30 and by 2:50 my pizza still didn’t come when I finally got tired of waiting for my pizza I went to ask them about it and that’s when they proceeded to kick me and my guess 40+ people out of the theater. They have horrible customer, service horrible people that work there. I would not recommend you go there or ever do a party there the food is personal size not party size so you would have to get double the amount If you’re going to have a party! they didn’t have handicap accessible walkways so my parents with baby’s had to carry their children up three flights of stairs to even get to the party room. if you have anyone that is handicap, they won’t even be able to go up the steps to the party room. Horrible customer service. I’ll never go back to that theater. I was treated horribly so warm I guess I.

"Regal Cinemas & App Horrible Experience"
Regal Cinemas and the Regal app are someone's worst nightmare. Firstly the app isn't user friendly as well as the staff and if you email Regal about anything to do with the app or just a simple question well good luck with that. That's about as useless as asking Ghostface if he wouldn't mind using the app life 360 so you can keep track of him. No one knows anything and sometimes they just don't care to respond because everyone at Regal hasn't a clue what's going on. It's like everyone has Amnesia. I don't understand why literally everyone is unknowledgeable about where they work. If you don't know I understand however you follow that up with I'll find out. The theater location acted like they were in shock that they were showing A movie. I asked for a hot dog and she looked puzzled and said Hmmmm none are on the grill rollers will a microwave do. They advertised Dorritos Nachos looking all kinds of good. However I got a bag of dorritos and a cup of cheese. Also they advertised Cheetos popcorn when asked for it the answer was. Ohhhh we only serve that on weekends. Really not what the sign says. In fact it says nothing about only serving it on the weekends. Scream VI was the movie at this point I wasn't shocked at the fact they didn't have any Promo Posters they should have been handing out to the March 9th 3-d fan event. That was stated on the website along with the Scream VI collector ticket I haven't received yet. I've emailed I don't know prolly 20xs at this Point asking all the above questions and concerns it's Now going into Saturday with still no response. At this point I just wanna refund however something tells me I'll be waiting quite a very long time. I've emailed and called cooperate as well. They haven't gotten back with me either imagine that someone not wanting to do the job they get paid for doing. I will never go back to Regal Again. This whole experience and situation could have been avoided the first time I emailed on March 6th had Regal trained people proper.

"LOOK FOR THE CASHIER NAMED KAT!!"
We came in February 26, 2023 at the Northtown Regal Cinema. Walking in we had no idea of all the deals and offers that we could receive and that’s where our lovely, friendly cashier came in. Her name was Kat, she was so excited to help us explain how coupons worked and all the deals we could receive to spend less on our popcorn and snacks! Even if something didn’t work out in the moment she was down to make something else work just so that we were satisfied with our visit today!

"the worst customer service on the planet"
This company is the worst and I hope they go out of business. If they mess up your payment while purchasing tickets, there is NO way to reach customer service. A representative will write you back only to ignore you after you give them more information. This happened several times, they know there is nothing you can do. I will never spend a single dollar in a Regal cinema ever again.

"Regal Unlimited movies is a scam"
Unlimited movies is a scam, regal staff ill informed on how to run a movie theatre or answer questions on programs they are selling. Wanted refund and was denied. Preferred ticket program .

I was told to sign up for this great program and failed to be warned that it's one person per email address !! What rock head designed this program where only one person can have an account in single form. Most people attend a movie in groups, couples, families ECT.. I'm disgusted that each family member has to have a different email with a different account ! The most unorganized plan I have ever heard of in my life and it doesn't state one email holder per unlimited account anywhere when signing up. Customer service keeps saying I signed a contract , they sent me a free popcorn coupon and 2 free tickets... Yay, I'm jumping for joy a whole small popcorn!! Did they read my concerns? No they did not cuz I was sent a popcorn and tickets.They ignore customers keep them in business, customers buy consession and customers are livelihood to future survival. Running business in a disrespectful manner, ignoring customer concerns and stealing money from customers results in government fraud, lack of protection of client information and mishandling customer financial information in everyway.

Does the owner of regal know the business practices of taking money from customers, dirty theatres and lack of staff in a theatre.

What would the CDC or health department say about some of your theatres? I can speak on victor, Ny and Henrietta, Ny. Both need to be cleaned and management needs to visit the working floor, not sit in the office doing nothing when staff is low and concession needs help or theatres need to be cleaned. When I worked at a theatre we all worked as a team! Stop regal from stealing money, clean your theatres and train staff. I won't be renewing and you won't be taking any extra fees from my account like others or charging me for renewal fees. ty

"Regal Cinemas Unlimited Subscription is a SCAM"
After visiting Regal Cinemas for over a decade in many different states, I have concluded that they have some of the lowest quality amenities out of any theater chain (screens, chairs, cleanliness, etc...) However, worse than all of that are the absolutely disgusting and repulsive business practices when it comes to their unlimited subscription. As other reviews have stated, they are extremely, extremely predatory when it comes to cancelling your subscription. When I first purchased their unlimited package, I didn't know that it was a 12-month minimum contract. That's fine, it's my fault for not doing my due diligence beforehand. However, my 12-month contract ended in 2021, and I am still struggling to cancel to this day. There are no 'cancel subscription' options on your regal phone app or the website. On top of that, it is virtually impossible to reach them over the phone unless you want to wait multiple hours for no resolution. So, logically the next step is email, which is even slower and more convoluted when dealing with them. EVEN IF you manage to get some kind of answer after months of radio silence and having their charges hit your bank account, they might just straight up lie to you like they did to me. I am literally copying and pasting the following text from Regal Customer Service's email: "I can confirm that your Unlimited account has been canceled on 05/09/2022 and there won’t be any further charges." And yet I still received another $23.99 charge to my account today (1/4/2023). To end all of this, they are now requesting my debit card information and screenshots of the transactions so that they can verify that they're charging me. This has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. My only recourse at this point is to convince my bank that these are fraudulent charged and to block them from hitting my account because clearly Regal's extreme greediness and despicable practices will force me to pay them $300 a year for a service I no longer use. So, my very long-winded point is... to avoid this at all costs. Unless you are an absolute movie fanatic who plans on going to the theater 3-4 times a week for the next couple of years, please don't get yourself involved with this bs, it's not worth the stress and time wasted.

"Worse value than you expect, predatory subscription terms and fees"
Theater has miserable showtimes, rarely anything after 6pm, which has severely limited this passes usefulness to me. Additionally, Regal intentionally makes this subscription a nightmare to try to cancel, though a predatory business practice hoping to continue collecting subscription fees from people who don't use the service but can't figure out how to cancel it, or don't have the time to spend 45 minutes on the phone to be told to await a call back another day. Ridiculous, and a disgusting financial "strategy." Avoid signing up.

The entire pre show was pushing political woke agenda as the are not any other clients in the audience. It's biased and it was disgusting. I will never go into another one of there theaters again

"Don't Trust Regal Unlimited!"
On September 24 I bought a ticket using my Regal Unlimited online account. Since this was not in a premium theater, I should have been charged only a $0.50 transaction fee. However, I was also charged a $5.50 surcharge which was clearly a mistake. I reported this to Regal Unlimited within a day using their online message service but received no response. About a week later I sent them a follow up email reminding them of the problem but have still received no reply. Because there is no contact phone number for Regal Unlimited, I have no further recourse. The way they have stonewalled me on this issue is a disgrace!
